On January 27, we hosted our annual Alumni Roundtable, bringing together graduates and current students for a day of introductions, insightful discussions, and meaningful connections.

The event began with a series of short introductions and bios from each alum, providing a snapshot of their journeys since graduation. Among the notable alumni were:

  • Kristi Reilly (MIR 2009), National Director, Workplace Wellness & Employee Wellness, Corrections Services Canada
  • Nash Gosh (MIR 2014), HR Director, Queen’s School of Business
  • Will McMillan (MIR 2015),  Associate Director, Employment Relations, St. Lawrence College
  • Nicole Reid (MIR 2017), Senior HR Manager, PepsiCo
  • Emilio Frometa (MIR 2018), Program Manager, QuickStart Early Years, Ontario Autism Program
  • Emma Frappier (MIR 2018), Senior Consultant (Healthcare), Ernst & Young
  • Amanda Fox (MIR 2019), HR Manager, Surgical Safety Technologies
  • Manuela Rogriguez-Bowen (MIR 2020), Senior Labour Relations Specialist, Canada Post

Following the introductions, the event transitioned into breakout discussion groups, where alumni and students engaged in lively conversations on various topics. These smaller groups allowed for more personalized interactions and deeper dives into specific areas of interest. Students had the opportunity to ask questions, seek advice, and gain valuable insights from the alumni's experiences.

Thank you to all the alumni for putting your time and energy into supporting our MIR students!
