On April 3, the annual  MIR 850 Organizational Analysis Project Poster Session, showcasing the innovative research and analytical skills of students enrolled in the Master of Industrial Relations program, took place on campus.

The poster session is a key component of the MIR 850 course, where students undertake comprehensive organizational analysis projects. These projects involve in-depth research on various aspects of organizational behavior, structure, and performance, applying theoretical frameworks and practical methodologies to real-world scenarios.

Each student group presented a poster summarizing their research findings, methodologies, and recommendations.

The session provided an excellent opportunity for students to showcase their work, receive feedback, and engage in discussions with attendees.

The session concluded with alumni guest speaker, Troy Downs (MIR'14), who spoke about change management at Bruce Power.
