- Class Description: Strengthen, stretch, and sweat in this hatha-based yoga class that incorporates meditation and breath-work with classic yoga poses. With variations offered in each pose, you'll learn the foundations of yoga and find opportunities to challenge yourself in new ways. Suitable for all participant levels.
- Class Duration: 50-minutes; class begins at 12:05PM
Important Group Fitness Information:
- All individuals are welcome to attend Group Fitness classes! No experience necessary!
- If you can no longer attend class, please kindly cancel your class reservation. This will open the spot to another individual looking to attend class. To cancel, go to 'Program Registrations' under your Profile & click 'Cancel' under the three blue dots.
- Please note that for Fitness Sessions, the REGISTRATION OPENS 2 DAYS BEFORE EACH SESSION.
- If you can no longer attend class, please kindly cancel your class reservation. This will open the spot to another individual looking to attend class. You can complete this up to 1-hour before class.

- No-shows will be subject to a $5 No Show Fee.
