Queen’s University is committed to being an employer of choice and values its employees as its most important resource. As someone who is either leaving the university or transferring to a new department, your feedback is essential. 

We invite you to complete an Exit Survey or Internal Transfer Survey to share your experiences at Queen’s. This information helps Human Resources and the Human Rights and Equity Office understand why employees choose to leave or transfer and allows us to enhance the workplace environment for all. We strive to maintain a positive working environment.  Your suggestions, comments and observations will aid us in continuing to achieve this goal. 

Your responses are confidential and will not be added to your personnel file. While anonymized feedback may be shared with departments to support improvement efforts, no individual responses will be disclosed.
